This 1997 copyrighted novelty tie bears the 'Looney Tunes Stamp Collection' label. All the cartoon characters are in understated shades of black, gray and white, including Bugs Bunny, Taz, Marvin the Martian, Sylvester the Cat and Tweety Bird.
