Will Bullas was raised in the Southwest, and is an artist who specializes in whimsical watercolor art. 'Duck Tape', which features a duck taped to a wall, is one of his better known pieces. Leaper's Love is a rare depiction of two frogs and a Be Mine candy, and here you can enjoy the necktie version, which was released by The Greenwich Workshop, The Art of Discovery, in the 1997.
